ABC Seamless Customers
We are proud to offer an industry-leading ABC Seamless warranty, which covers both labor and materials for 20 years. If your issue involves an ABC Seamless product, additional manufacturer warranties apply, and we’ll guide you through the process to ensure your claim is handled quickly and effectively.
At A New Look Exteriors, we stand behind our work. We offer a labor-only warranty covering the workmanship on your project for 2 years from the installation date, unless otherwise stated in writing.
We are committed to resolving any issues that fall under this warranty and making the process simple for you.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our warranty ensures that all labor was performed in a workmanlike manner, following standard construction practices. If a defect in workmanship occurs within 2 years of project completion, we will address it at no additional labor cost.
What’s Not Covered
Please note, our warranty does not cover:
- Defects or failures caused by materials or products (see manufacturer warranties for coverage)
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or acts of nature (storms, flooding, fire, wind, etc.)
- Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than A New Look Exteriors
- Structural movement, settlement, or issues unrelated to our labor
Important Notes
- Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer of the product used. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for details on product coverage and exclusions.
- Please make sure to review our official warranty terms as outlined in your contract for full details.
- If an issue is unrelated to workmanship or falls outside of warranty coverage, we’re happy to assist by providing a repair estimate. Our hourly rates range from $60 to $149 per hour, depending on the nature of the issue.

We require the following to process your claim:
- At least 4 photos showing the issue from different angles (close-up and wide shots).
- A description of the problem, including when you first noticed it.
- Your installation date (if known) or an approximate timeframe.
Once submitted, our team will review your claim and contact you within 3 business days.
