- Duties include completing on site installation and repairs, diagnosing problems and determining solutions, and building positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Successful candidates will be reliable, driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced, strenuous work conditions that include working at heights and lifting 100 pounds regularly
- Preferred skills include general construction, concrete finishing, digging and pouring footings, and deck construction
- Travel between the Omaha and Lincoln areas frequently, with occasional trips to Central Nebraska
SIDING INSTALLER
- Pay = $16 to $20/hour, depending on experience.

- Steady flow of pre-sold jobs year-round
- Duties include managing and completing on site installation and repairs, diagnosing siding problems and determining solutions, and building positive relationships with customers and colleagues

OFFICE ASSISTANT
- 30 to 40 hour career opportunity that starts at $13 to $14/hour, depending on experience. Bonuses available.

- Successful candidates will be goal- and detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are vital to the success of this position.
- Recruiting & hiring experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of windows- based software such as Microsoft Office is required, and knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and Google platforms and tools a plus
- Key responsibilities & qualifications include:
- Customer service, including answering and replying to emails and phone calls, taking messages, setting sales appointments, and greeting visitors and handling their inquiries
- Creating and maintaining company records, including accurately entering all jobs and lead and customer information into MarketSharp (CRM platform)
- Developing & implementing a detailed production recruiting & hiring process, including sourcing qualified installers, interviewing installers, choosing qualified candidates, and onboarding candidates
- Helps set up and staffs ABC Seamless of Nebraska home show booth (including a few weekend shifts).
- Contributing to a positive work environment and teamwork approach to customer service and business operations
GUTTER INSTALLER
- Pay = $15 to $20/hour, depending on experience
- Benefits include health insurance; vacation, sick, and holiday pay (available after 90 days); and 401(k) (available after a year)
- A steady flow of pre-sold jobs year-round
- Duties include managing and completing on site installation and repairs, diagnosing gutter problems and determining solutions, and building positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Travel between the Omaha and Lincoln areas frequently, with occasional trips to Central Nebraska
- The most successful candidates will be reliable, driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced, semi-strenuous work conditions that include working at heights and lifting 50 to 100 pounds regularly.
